Boxed Hobby Terms and Conditions

Ordering: You can place your order by simply responding to email blasts for new releases.  You can join the distribution list by registering as a new customer here.  Your order is confirmed with an emailed estimate. The customer is responsible for reviewing and notifying Boxed Hobby of any adjustments needed upon receipt.  Any adjustments after the order deadline is subject to approval. It is not necessary to APPROVE your estimate to confirm your order but you need to DECLINE the estimate before the deadline to cancel. 

Minimum order: Minimum order is 1 full master case.  Full master case orders includes free shipping.

New Customers: For first 3 orders, full payment is required.

Payment: Payment is due within 7 days from receipt of invoice unless arrangements are made with Boxed Hobby.  After 7 days, orders are subject to cancellation. All future orders are subject to pre-payment.

Shipping & Delivery: Product is shipped after payment is received and tracking numbers will be emailed to customers.

Returns & Damages: No returns or cancellations after order deadline is closed.  If an item arrives damaged, please fill out a damages  form within 7 business days of receipt. Once approved, a refund will be issued in the form of store credit and applied to next order.
