Boxed Hobby Terms and Conditions

Ordering: Orders are confirmed with an emailed estimate. The customer is responsible for reviewing and notifying Boxed Hobby of any adjustments needed upon receipt.  Any adjustments after the order deadline is subject to approval. 

Minimum order: Minimum order is 1 full master case.  Full master case orders include free shipping.

New Customers: For first 3 orders, full payment is required.

Payment: Payment is due within 7 days from receipt of invoice unless arrangements are made with Boxed Hobby.  After 7 days, orders are subject to cancellation. Unpaid invoices will be subject to 20% restocking fee and 20% deposit for future orders.

Shipping & Delivery: Product is shipped after payment is received and tracking numbers will be emailed to customers.

Returns & Damages: No returns or cancellations after order deadline.  If an item arrives damaged, photos of damage should be emailed to boxedhobby@gmail.com within 7 business days of receipt. Once approved, credit will be issued in the form of original payment or applied to next order.
